Review# 316Its a horrid clammy, foggy, rainy, dark, damp day. Its the perfect time to listen to Katatonia then. Night Is The New Day is a marvellously dark peice of work, as implied by the title, that mixes Doom, Prog and touches of Goth all into one despondent and sadly beautiful album. It is an album that you really do get the most out of it when listening to it start to finish, its not really a "singles" album at all. This was one of my favourite albums of 2009 and it is still holding up well with no lessening in its impact.
