Turns out Yoko can actually sing really well. Yeah, I know. There are problems with this album though. It’s a really good pop album, but pop was never Yoko’s strong suit. Second to that the lyrics kind of expose that English wasn’t her first language. That said, it’s a surprisingly easy listen and the music is well performed. The second half is kind of a drag but the first half is good and the remaster includes Walking On Thin Ice, Yoko’s first #1.
