Review# 160Heavy Rocks (2002 album, not their 2011 release of the same name) is the point where Boris changed their sound from Sludgy and Doom laden to a more Stoner Punk Rock sound. I personally don't like it as much as 2005's Pink, but then this could be more about them still getting a feel for the new sound. No one track really stands out to me but on the whole there are some interesting experimental moments folded in.
