Gwar – This Toilet Earth

In a way I think I prefer This Toilet Earth to War Party which I reviewed earlier in the year. While there were some good tracks on War Party I almost prefer the blatant silliness of this album... it almost fits with the image of the band better in some way. And Gwar are inevitably one of those bands that will never get away from their image even if they wanted to.
According to Wikipedia there is a story here, rock over there to check it out if you are interested. But it really comes across as a musical in tracks like The Insidious Soliloquy Of Skulhed Face. I like the fun in the whole thing.
